How to I address the following email as I do not have a VAT number for France or Germany?Dear seller,Please upload your French and all other European VAT numbers on Seller Central now to avoid account suspension.
Answer: I would like to inform you that, you need to register for VAT in France only if you meet below eligibility criteria:1.You are established outside France but store inventory and fulfill orders from France; or2.You ship goods to French customers from another European country (not France), where your inventory is stored and your total sales per year to French customersexceeds €35,000; or3.You are established in France and ship goods to French customers from France and your total sales per year across all sales channels exceeds €82,800.If you do not meet the criteria above then you need not to register for VAT in France.
